Health and Safety at ATM

Following the recent announcement from Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) on Ease of restrictions on Covid-19 precautionary measures, RX Global is pleased to confirm that Arabian Travel Market will now be able to operate at full capacity. Whilst we still encourage all our attendees to exercise social responsibility this means that density restrictions on stands will no longer apply and badge allocations will revert to pre-covid levels.

We will continue to apply standards of health and safety measures including mandatory wearing of a mask at all times.

The health and safety of our colleagues, partners and audiences remains our number one priority in the UAE, we strictly adhere to all the rules and regulations laid out by the Government authorities, including the Dubai Health Authority, and in collaboration with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the Arabian Travel Market’s venue. 

NB: event health and safety precautionary guidelines are subject to change as directed by the local authorities.

HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISORY

If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, feeling unwell or suspect to have symptoms of COVID-19, please seek medical attention and do not attend the event. The event will be delivered with health and safety measures including wearing a mask at all times, contactless transactions and general hygiene protocols. We encourage all guests to exercise social responsibility.

Inbound Travel Advice - Please ensure you have taken the time to read all of the latest Government, Public Health, travel and testing guidance. 

DWTC’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) division includes a professionally certified and onsite medical team and an isolation rooms are set up at the venue for suspected cases and managed in close coordination with Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Contactless registration – online pre-registration and ticket purchases are required for all events for contact tracing purposes. There will be no provision for over-the-counter registration at the show.  Everyone must register online in advance. Please download your e-badge to your smartphone before you arrive onsite or bring your printed e-badge, which will be scanned on entrance and exit. Lanyards and Badge holders will be available on arrival.

All attendees are required to wear a facemask in all areas of the show and at all times.

DWTC will maintain cleaning before, during and after the event including overnight sanitisation of halls, and regular cleaning of high touch public areas.

DWTC is maintaining the air quality of our indoor environment to the highest ASHREA standards with additional efforts focused on extraction and air cleaning.
