The WTM Latin America Advisory Board plays an important part in the success of WTM Latin America. The Advisory Board helps to anticipate industry developments and trends to ensure these are reflected in WTM Latin America’s strategic development. Consisting of industry leaders from across Latin America, the Advisory Board reflects regional interests of visitors, exhibitors, buyers and trade associations.

Ana Biselli
CEO at Resorts Brasil
Ana Biselli Aidar is a Ph. D. in Business Administration by the São Paulo School of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP). She holds and Undergraduate Degree in Hotel Business by Senac-SP. She has over 20 years of experience in the hotel sector, she has worked in private enterprises, in class associations, and teaching institutions, as a professor and course coordinator. Since 2020, she has been working as CEO at Resorts Brasil, she is a volunteer researcher at the Digitial Markerting Center at FGV-EAESP, and she is a member of G20+ (Brazilian Tourism Coalition), Fecomercio-SP Tourism Board, and of Turistech Hub.
Bruno Reis
Manager of International Markets and Events at EMBRATUR
Bruno Reis is passionate about the travel industry and advocates for diversity and inclusion in the tourism industry, where he has worked for 18 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in Tourism with specialization in business administration and marketing in Australia, and a course in Innovation and Future Thinking in Barcelona. He is currently Manager of International Markets and Events at EMBRATUR.
He was elected as one of the 100 most influential people in tourism in 2020, 2021 and 2022 (PANROTAS/ELO), and was awarded 1st place in the national tourism awards in the Marketing category in 2018.
He coordinated global initiatives to promote Brazil during the 2014 World Cup and the Rio 2016 Olympics. He worked at the Ministry of Tourism, at RIOgaleão Airport and until 2022 he was CEO of EMPROTUR and vice-president of the National Council of State Tourism Secretaries and Managers (FORNATUR).
Danielle Roman

Danielle graduated in public relations, holds an MBA in Corporate Communication and over 25 years’ experience helping brands position themselves in Latin America.
She is the CEO of Interamerican Network, a public relations agency specialized in aviation, hotel and travel industry and destination marketing.
She has worked on the positioning of iconic brands such as Anguilla, Aspen Snowmass, Atlantis, Australia, Boston, Chicago, Delta Air Lines, Dubai, Emirates, Flanders, Jordan, Karisma, Las Vegas, New York, Palm Beach, Puerto Rico, Simon Group, Texas, WOW, among others.
She is a member of MMGY Global TMC, a global alliance of communications agencies, of WTM Advisory Board and President of APG Brasil, a global group of GSSA agencies for commercial aviation and cargo.
Estela Farina
General Director at Norwegian Cruise Line office in Brazil
Estela Farina, General Director at Norwegian Cruise Line office in Brazil, in charge of sales and marketing strategies and the operation in Brazil.
As an expert in cruises, she has been working with ocean and river cruises for over 25 years. Before heading NCL’s operations in Brazil in 2015, she represented the company for 12 years through her own company.
She is currently the vice president of Braztoa – Brazilian Tour Operator Association and a board member of CLIA-Brasil (Cruise Lines Industry Association).
For the last five years she has been included in the prestigious “100 Most Influential People in Tourism Industry” list, organized by Panrotas, acknowledging the most respected travel industry professionals in Brazil.
Graduated in Translation and Interpreting from Faculdade Ibero Americana and holding a certificate in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM).
Fabio Godinho
CEO of CVC Corp
Fabio Godinho currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CVC Corp, the largest travel group in Latin America. His association with CVC dates back to 2008 when he held the position of Director of New Business, and later in 2012, assumed the role of Vice President of Products and Marketing for the operator. Additionally, he has held significant leadership roles such as President of the Webjet airline and CEO of the Tim Hortons master franchise in the United States. Furthermore, he served as the CEO of GJP Hotels & Resorts, the largest hospitality and leisure network in Brazil, now known as Grupo Wish. In May 2022, Fabio Godinho launched MyDoor as the CEO, marking his entry into the real estate market with a focus on the sale of high-end homes. He is a graduate in business administration, holds an MBA from IBMEC-SP, and has completed specialized programs at Kellogg and The Wharton School. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Fabio Godinho brings a wealth of expertise in the tourism and hospitality sector, coupled with strategic business management skills.
Fabrício Amaral
Chairman of the National Forum of State Tourism Secretaries and Managers - FORNATUR
Fabrício Amaral is the co-author of the General Tourism Law, no. 11.771 of 2008. He is currently President of Goiás Turismo (2019-Present); Chairman of the National Forum of State Tourism Secretaries and Managers - FORNATUR (Biennium 2023/2025); Member of the National Tourism Council - Mtur, Member of the Deliberative Board of Embratur and Member of the State Deliberative Board of SEBRAE/GO.
He graduated in Law and holds a Master's Degree in Territorial Planning and Development, as well as a Specialization in Constitutional Public Law and works as a Legal Adviser for business entities in the tourism industry (ABRASEL, ABIH, GCVB). During his professional experience leading the National Tourism, his actions have focused on governance and the promotion of public policies aimed at developing the tourism industry, public and private agencies and institutions.
Luis Ferrinho
President at Omnibees
CEO of Omnibees and more recently of Bee2Pay, Chairman of the Board of Visualforma and investor in over 8 companies in the technology and tourism industries.
He began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16, still as a software developer, when he founded Visualforma.
In 2010, he founded Omnibees in Portugal and in the subsequent years he planned the company’s international expansion to Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
He completed specializations in Silicon Valley, Stanford, and MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), as well as in other renowned institutions.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Algarve, which is responsible for establishing the Institution’s development strategy and ruling on all key matters regarding the management of the University, including the election of the Dean.
Mariana Aldrigui
Researcher, Universidade de São Paulo
She has been a professor in the field of Tourism at the University of São Paulo since 2006, with a doctorate in Human Geography. Her research is focused on understanding the role of tourism in Brazil, combining political, economic and social aspects.
Mariella Volppe
Encargada de Difusión División Marketing Ministerio de Turismo de Uruguay
Mariella Volppe, Uruguayan citizen. She has been working at the Ministry of Tourism since 1991, always in the Broadcasting Area, within Marketing. Since then, promoting Uruguay in the Brazilian market has been her main responsibility, but she is also dedicated to promoting her country in other countries such as Colombia and parts of Europe.
She has extensive experience that allows her to recognize potential markets for Uruguayan trade relationships, and attract tourist business to her country.

Natalia Pisoni, Argentinian, 43 years old. Commercial Manager Brazil - AMV Travel Argentina, with broad experience in the implementation of public policies and tourism management for the development of local communities, touristic experiences, and touristic positioning of the country abroad.
Paola Gómez
Representative of the Dominican Republic Tourism Office in Brazil
A professional in the tourism sector with specialization in destination promotion and event organization. In 2011, she successfully completed the Master's program in Science of Leadership and Innovation in Services at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York.
Prior to joining the promotion team at the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, Paola worked in the commercial departments of various hotel chains such as Coral by Hilton, Oasis Hotels, and Barceló Hotels, where she strengthened her relationships with the Latin American trade. Additionally, her years of collaboration with the Dominican Republic's Hotel and Tourism Association (ASONAHORES) provided extensive experience in organizing specialized trade events, including the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE) and the ASONAHORES Trade Show.
