WTM is the most influential gathering of travel professionals in the world – welcoming over 35,000 people. A ticket to World Travel Market gives you access to all three days of the show including access to the WTM Conference.
I need to book tickets for multiple people, how can I do this?
Each booking requires a unique email address, and therefore you will need to book tickets for each person that wishes to receive a badge. If you have any difficulties with booking tickets, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
I cannot login to the ticket booking system, what should I do?

I am a member of the Media / am a Content Creator, how do I book Media tickets?
To join as a member of the Media, please click here to book. Our badges for Media are vetted and restricted to publishers, editors, journalists, photographers, broadcasters, influencers, content creators and web bloggers associated with the travel industry.
I would like to book a ticket for my child.
Unfortunately, we do not allow any children under the age of 16 inside the exhibition halls.
Can I have access to the meeting booking service (WTM Connect Me)?
Exhibitors and vetted buyers, media and VIP’s have access to the meeting booking service (WTM Connect Me). If you believe you should qualify as a buyer, member of the media or VIP, and do not have the correct ticket, please contact our Customer Services team.
Do you have an Official WTM App?
The WTM London App is free to download for anyone attending WTM London. It is the ultimate digital guide for all attendees to navigate the show. The app will be available by early September on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Badges...
Do I need to print my badge at home?
There will be no provision for ticket printing at WTM London due to the volume of attendees we welcome. Everyone must book tickets online in advance and admission is strictly by advance ticket booking online only. Your badge will be sent to you by email in October and you must print before you arrive onsite.
How do I amend the details shown on my badge?
If you need to change any of the details as they appear on your badge, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to make the necessary amendments for you.
I have not received my badge.
Our badges can sometimes find their way into your spam or junk folders, so please check there in the first instance. If your badge is not there, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to resend your confirmation to the email address you booked with.
I registered for a Buyer badge but was given a Trade badge by mistake. Who can I contact?
Please reach out to our Customer Services team and indicate your Registration Number if you believe you have been given a Trade badge by mistake.

How can I become an Exhibitor?
We’re delighted to hear you are interested in joining us as an Exhibitor. Please click here to submit your request. A member of our Sales Team will follow this up by getting in touch with you to discuss the options available.
How can I access Exhibitor information?
Exhibitors who have booked a stand can access their onboarding information via the WTM Exhibitor Portal.
When does build-up of the event start, and when are the breakdown deadlines?
Exhibitors can view the exhibition timetable in the WTM Exhibitor Operations Manual.
Where can I see a full list of Exhibitors attending your event?
You will be able to view a full list of all companies exhibiting at our event on our website under Exhibitor Directory. This information is only available via our website as we are unable to share this in any other format.
I can’t get into the exhibitor portal, how do I get access?
If you have already signed your contract as an exhibitor, you should have already received your login details. If you need any further assistance, we will be happy to help. Please contact our Customer Services team.
Where do I find the Exhibitor Operations Manual?
The Exhibitor Operations Manual is available within the Exhibitor Portal. Once you login to the portal, you can then scroll down to the ‘Services’ box where you will find a link to access the Exhibitor Operations Manual. For easier access, click here.
How can I register sharers on my stand?
You can register your sharers via the Exhibitor Portal and the number of sharers that you may register will be based on the allocation you have been contracted for. If you have not yet been contracted for your sharers please speak with your sales contact to arrange this. If you have any further difficulties, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
Can my stand sharers access the Exhibitor Portal?
Once you have registered your stand sharers in the Exhibitor Portal, they will each receive a link to login to the portal and access their own profile/directory listing. The login link will be sent to the email address you have associated with their details when you registered them.
I need to speak with someone about my invoice or to make payment. Who should I speak to?
We would suggest you reach out to your sales contact – and if needed they can then share further contact details with you if you need to speak with our accounts team.
I need someone to design/build my stand, can you help?
If you would like innovative, all-inclusive and cost-effective packages that are tailored to your budget and requirements, please contact our Smartspace team on [email protected]. I am interested in sponsorship opportunities, what is available?

How can I upgrade my website listing?
We would suggest you reach out to your sales contact to discuss the options available.
Are there any free promotional materials for me to use?
You can promote your presence at WTM London using our promotional materials tool kit –including banners and logos which will be available within the Exhibitor Portal.

Is there any support available for lead capturing at the event?
Exhibitors will have access to our bespoke lead-generating app – Lead Manager App. This app allows you to capture leads from the conversations you have with the simple scan of a badge – and it is included in your exhibitor package at no extra cost! You can access Lead Manager App a few weeks before the event using the login details sent to your Exhibitor Portal administrator. Click here to find out more.
Please remember to log-in to Lead Manager App after WTM, to download all your leads.
I am onsite and need to speak to someone about my stand, where do I go?
Our Operations team will be onsite to support you via our Organisers Office, along with all official contractors whose details are listed in the exhibitor manual. In addition to this, members of our Sales and Marketing teams are on hand to offer any additional support you may need.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the event?
The venue is Wi-Fi enabled but due to high volume of attendees, the quality of connection may vary. If you require sole use of a secure wireless connection, you can speak with our official internet service provider via the Exhibitor Operations Manual, which you can access in the Exhibitor Portal.
How do I find my way around the event?
At the venue, you will be guided around the event by ‘You Are Here’ boards, directional signage and there will be information points throughout the venue with staff who can assist you.

Accessibility…
Is ExCeL an accessible venue?
Lift control panels are located at a height which can be easily reached by someone in a wheelchair. All lifts have a visual indication of the floor reached and an intercom facility activated by an alarm button. Every area may be reached by lifts, apart from the second level of organisers’ offices.
All stairs and ramps are fitted with handrails and balustrades. All public corridors and passageways have a minimum clear width of 1200mm. All reception counters, bars and self-service counters and the seating areas are accessible to wheelchair users. Pictographic signs and symbols have been used to guide people around the building.
Self-service equipment such as cash point machines and telephones are located at levels suitable to wheelchair users. Strong tactile differences in paving are provided to indicate hazardous areas, e.g. dock edge indicated by cobble stone surface.
Door vision panels giving a zone of visibility between 900mm and 500mm above floor level are provided on all public access doors.

WTM Conference Theatres will have closed captioning on dedicated screens and ramp access to all stages for speakers.
WTM recognises the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme and will support anyone coming to WTM living with non-visible disabilities. Some disabilities, conditions or chronic illnesses are not immediately obvious to others. Simply by wearing the sunflower lanyard, visitors are letting everyone know that they might need extra help, understanding, or just more time.
A limited amount of Sunflower lanyards will be available at the information desks in the boulevard, as well as in the WTM Reset Rooms.
Is there wheelchair or mobility scooter hire?
Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability, so please use this link to select the dates and aid you need.
Is there accesible parking at ExCeL?
There are* 80 bays suitable for accessible drivers on-site across Orange car park. These are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors.
Please note: the car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height. Please email [email protected] if you require a disabled space for a taller vehicle.

Where are the accessible toilets located?
There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building. You’ll find them near the Business Services centre, located on level 0 between hall entrance N4 and S4, the ICC conference suites on Level 3 and the restaurants and cafes on Level 1 and Level 2.

Is there an accessible changing place?
ExCeL have an accessible changing facility at the east of the venue on level 1. This room contains a toilet, sink and a hoist. Please note the room has a RADAR key operated lock.

Is there a quiet room?
The WTM Reset Rooms can be found in S3 (upper and lower rooms) and N10 (upper and lower rooms) accessed via the boulevard, as well as through the exhibition hall. They offer a dedicated spot for you to rest, relax and reset. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overstimulated, or just need a moment by yourself, our friendly team will be there to help you recharge and get back to enjoying the show. They’ll be happy to have a chat, provide lo-fi activities to help you unwind, or even supply further information on managing your mental health.
Where are the Multi-Faith prayer rooms at WTM?
The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard. There will also be separate male and female prayer areas within the WTM Reset Rooms.

Removal of Images from WTM Library
When booking tickets to WTM London, you agree to the admissions policy which states show photography will be underway. If you wish to remove a specific photograph, simply contact our Customer Services team.
